Step1. Fill the bucket half of tap water and dissolve two spoons of rock salts in it

Step2.find a suitable and peaceful position and sit with dipping your feets in the solution

Step3. Gently start off with a prayer or chant to release the negative energy from your body and soul

Step4.  Now slowly chant a spiritual name gently for 15 minutes

Step5. After 15 mins express your thanks and gratitude for healing you.
